Article 13 May Not Get Approved

The Article 13 Language is full of holes and all parties hate it with a passion.  The MEP's have set a hard deadline for February to fix the language. If they fail the Article is dead.  If they fix the language the entire Directive gets put on the block for a vote. If they vote it into law get ready for a shit storm because all EU countries will loose their YouTube channels.  Grab your popcorn because this is gonna be one hell of a wild ride!!!
